Retirement coming to Soon!

   As I wrote my story for this website, I realized just how much time has gone by. Most important, how little time I have left.

I loved the saying, "He died with his boots on". Well, with my ADHD, my boots will still be tapping the floor long after I'm gone. My thinking has changed this year. I remind myself daily "I need to work smarter, not so harder". So that's where I am now. I still work my 10 hour days, but my strength and my endurance is getting shorter. Getting old is not for wimps.​

   Everyday my customers tell me I need to get help or to teach someone the trade. Well, I tried both and found it to be to distracting or prevented me from doing my job. So I decided to pass on my knowledge through my Website and my YouTube Channel.

My Plans for 2025

1. Parts Inventory:  I need to reduce my inventory so I have less things to move when that day comes. So I'm displaying my parts on this website at a reduced price. I've got Ring & Pinion Sets, Posi & Standard Carriers and Misc. Items. 

2. Video Production: I'll be doing "Step by Step" videos on how to rebuild the most popular differentials. Others will follow.

   GM 8.625 - Ford 8.8 - Chrysler 9.25 - DANA 80 - AAM 11.5. If I get a lot of request for another differential that's not on my list, I do that one also. I'm not doing a lot of editing, so bear with me. 

3. Building my website as I go. I'll have a page that will list differentials. You click that on that button, differential button and it will take you to a page that will list information that you can use for your rebuild. Here is a list of subjects I'll be providing.
